Shipping & Returns
All in-stock objects are dispatched from our workshop within 2-3 days of an order being placed. Custom objects have a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks.
$10 flat fee per object tracked shipping anywhere in New Zealand. Tracking number supplied when object dispatched.
Get in touch at email@example.com if you want to place an order from outside New Zealand and we will get you a shipping quote.
We are unable to provide cash refunds for objects, but objects can be exchanged or store credit can be issued.
If you wish to do this please first email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your object to let us know.
The object must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Return shipping & shipping of exchanged item will be at customers expense.

We do not offer exchanges, repairs or refunds on items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
If your object is faulty, please contact us with a description and images. If the fault is ours we will happily refund, exchange or repair the object.
